Welcome to Mr. Borcherding's 8th Grade Science class web page. Here you may view the calendar, check for homework, see announcements of upcoming events, review and/or print out important papers under Class Files (you will need to have Adobe Reader on your computer to view these--it can be downloaded for free from the Internet), and check out links to web sites relevant to the subjects we study.

                    Use of Mr. B's Science Classroom Web Page

To make the best use of this web page, don't just look at the Class Homework. You will need to click the "View Full Calendar" to view the Calendar days, and see future happenings, or work that may need to be completed as homework we did not have time to finish that day in class. Also, look through the web sites in the Class Links. The ones available in the subject we are studying are of most current interest along with the one for the student's grades. When we have a Current Event coming up, the General link can take you to daily news sources, and the Science Magazines link can help you when hunting for extra credit material. This isn't all, but happy hunting as you look around.

Be sure to review and sign your son's/daughter's AGENDA each Thursday.
